Every project is different, and I like to hear what will be involved and explain my design process in an outlined no obligation proposal for each client. I have an hourly/daily charge which would be disclosed with your proposal.
If you are then on a budget, then customising a version from my extensive library of designs can be a cheaper option.
To find out all the uses allowed for Fonts, what is and isn’t included, detailed Font Licence Information can be found here: Font License
A detailed Font License Information can be found here. Licence Information for sales direct. Through other marketplaces, please see the relevant licensing information or contact them directly.
Please see our Font License to check that it covers your intended use. Please feel free to contact us via the form if you have any license queries or require any license upgrades.
Please see our font installation guide if you’re unsure of how to install the font. Otherwise, please drop us a message via the form and let us know exactly what your issue is, and we’d be happy to help! It’s also very helpful if you can provide information such as your operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OSX) as well as the software you’re using (e.g. Photoshop).
Before installing your new font, you must unzip the file . Next, you can install the font in your system by following these steps:
On a PC: Double click on the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install.”
On a Mac:
- Double click on the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install Font.”
- Alternately, you can manually install fonts to bypass Fontbook: Copy (CMD + C) the file(s) either OTF or TTF format, then Paste (CMD + V) the files into this folder: HD > Library > Fonts
Important: Restart the program where you intend to use the font, and the fonts will show up in your font list when you open the program again.
In general, we recommend using fonts on your Desktop or Laptop computer because fonts cannot be directly installed on a mobile device without the help of a third party app. However, if your device of choice is an iPhone or iPad, one app that will allow you to install fonts on iOS is called Instafont. Please be aware that your mobile device may not fully support all features of OpenType fonts. Finally, as many of our fonts are delivered in .zip files, you may also need a third-party app to unzip files on your mobile device.
Installing fonts on a Chromebook is possible, although it’s not quite as simple as installing fonts on a computer with Windows or MacOS. This video will walk you through the process for installing your new fonts on a Google Chromebook.
Permission for @font-face integration is available for fonts and covered in the license in detail. However not all fonts are hinted properly for web use. Please refer to the license for more information.
All payments direct through CraftGraphic are managed and processed by a third party secure payment company. For your ease and security payments and downloads are now managed using a third party secure payment gateway, and so we have no access to your details or the distribution of files. We currently accept Paypal, Stripe and through these, you can make payments on all major credit cards. Paypal will happily process your payment without having to sign up. After payment by Paypal, you will be redirected to a download page. We also send you the purchase confirmation email with your download page link.
Downloads are not eligible for return or refund once purchased. Unfortunately, as this is a digital product, we are unable to give refunds as it is not possible to return the product. This is the same across all marketplaces.
The download of files whether free, by donation, or by payment will happen directly from your submission and may be found in your designated download folder. We also send you the purchase confirmation email to your Paypal email address with your download page link. If you have a problem receiving your file, please email email@example.com quoting your download details for support.
